Adjacent to the Washington Navy Yard, and on the Anacostia River, Maritime Plaza is a 12-acre office park. The locale is ideally suited for defense contractors, providing excellent access to the Washington, DC Navy Yard, and outstanding highway access. A shuttle is provided to the Metro Stations and to the Navy Yard itself. Tenants can take advantage of a beautiful plaza with river views, waterfront access and the creation of an outstanding environment.

Phase I of Maritime Plaza (200,000 SF) was delivered in October of 2001, providing high quality office space for contractors relocating as a result of the NavSea move. Phase I of Maritime Plaza is 100% leased. Phase II of Maritime Plaza (145,000 Square Feet) was delivered in January of 2003 and is 100% leased. Recent improvements to the Navy Yard submarket include the completion of the M Street, SE beautification project and the pending improvements form the Greater Southeast Washington, D.C. Waterfront Revitalization Project.
